Welcome to Simplex Technology Solutions (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our mobile applications, products, and services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Use of Services

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
  • You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

2. User Responsibilities

  • To provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Not to misuse or interfere with our Services, servers, or systems.
  • Not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Services without written permission from us.

3. Orders and Payments

  • By placing an order, you authorize us and our delivery partners to process and deliver your order.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay.
  • All prices are displayed in INR, inclusive or exclusive of taxes as applicable by law.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • You may cancel an order within a limited time window specified in the app.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are subject to internal review and will be processed back to the original payment method.
  • We reserve the right to refuse/cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, designs, and software provided through our Services are the intellectual property of Simplex Technology Solutions. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, transmit, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services such as Firebase, Razorpay, etc. Your use of such services is also governed by their respective terms and policies. We shall not be liable for any issues arising from third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the last 3 months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Simplex Technology Solutions, its directors, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use or misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by posting the revised Terms with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
